Day 46 - Saturday 21st July - Hahei to Tapu

Today has not been the most exciting day and we took very few photos so not much to tell...

From our campsite in Hahei we headed north anti-clockwise around the Coromandel Peninsular.

We visited the supermarket and petrol station in Whitianga and then had a game of crazy Mini Golf. The course was really well tendered and there were some interesting characters around the course...

Unfortunately Luke won smugly!!!

We continued our drive to Coromandel township where we wandered around the shops but Saturday afternoons seem very quiet in these small towns so lots of shops were shut.

We decided to carry on driving til we got to a nice beach to spend the rest of the day but instead came across a nice campsite near the beach.

The drive was beautiful though through the hills and Coastal bays.

We had a rematch this evening but this time it was Carcassonne we played. Sadly Luke beat me AGAIN :( (...really I let him win!!!)
