Ingredients:
8 Plums
2 Bananas
Splash of Milk (as required) or Yoghurt or Apple Juice
2 tbsps Oats
1 tbsp Honey
Method:
- Chop the bananas & chop and de-stone the plums.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, if the mixture is too thick add more liquid ingredients to it and re-blend.
ENJOY as a healthy breakfast or snack!
